The night of Thanksgiving they turn all the light on downtown in Omaha. Since this is our last year here we decided we better go and see what its like. Its no Temple Square but Hudson still loved seeing all the pretty lights!
We were at the mall doing some shopping the day after Thanksgiving and Santa had just made his big debut and Hudson actually wanted to go and sit on his lap. So we jumped on that opportunity before he changed his mind. He didnt want to sit alone but sat with Jeff and did really well. I was so surprised since he is scared of a lot of things in costumes these days. (Halloween really traumatized him) He got a coloring book and some ear warmers and one was happy little boy the rest of the day.
He loved the big Christmas tree at Village Pointe!
We did an Advent calendar with Hudson this year and the first few days were a little rough... He didnt like the idea of only getting one piece of "Santa Chocolate" a day. Once he got used to it he looked forward to it everyday.
We took Hudson to his first movie in a theater and he did great! We saw Rise of the Guardians and as long as he has his popcorn he will sit still. We also saw a 3D movie at the Zoo. He loves movies!
We made a few Christmas crafts this season and Hudson was so proud of his snowman!
All dressed up for our ward Christmas party! He sure looked cute! I love his bow-tie! :)
We had so much fun doing so many fun Christmas things here in Omaha before we left for Utah. Hudson makes the holidays so fun!
