Well, our first anniversary fell on a Sunday, which kind of made it hard. We got married on a Friday April 27, 2007 but since this year is a leap year it fell on a Sunday. We decided since it would be hard to celebrate on Sunday we would do it on Saturday. Well, there were a few complications. First of all I had to work until six so we planned on dinner after that. Well, come to find out, that it was Prom for 6 different schools in the Valley, plus graduation, so it would be hard trying to get a reservation. Being the quick minded person that i am, i decided to get tickets to the Jazz game, would be a fun way to celebrate. So i bought some tickets from a co-worker and we went up to the game. Nonetheless we had a great time at the Jazz game, and they Won.
So, Sunday the actual day of the Anniversary we got up, made waffels and then rushed to church. After dinner we had the traditional cutting and eating of the top tier of our wedding cake, it sure was sweet. Also for the anniversary i bought wedding bands for Crystal's ring, it sure looks nice. We also our taking a trip to Disneyworld next week, so we are excited to do that.
