Chicago!!!

We just back from such a fun trip to Chicago!!! I loved everything about this city! 

Such a pretty view of Downtown! We did lots of shopping downtown on Magnificent Mile! It was so great! They had all my favorite stores just so much bigger! Hudson loved the Disney Store and got some new "Cars" He hasn't put them down since! They go everywhere with us!

This is the Shedd Aquarium! Isn't it so pretty?! You could spend all day here. There was so much to see!

Hudson loved all the fish and the Jelly Fish!

It was so fun to have Jeff's Parents and sister and her husband meet us there! It was a great weekend together!

Jeff had heard about this pizza place from a few friends so we made sure to find it! It was so good! It was first time having deep dish pizza! I couldn't believe how thick it was! Jeff loved it!

They put the sauce on top with lots of cheese and pepperoni in the middle! Hudson even liked it!

We made a quick stop at Soldier Field where the Chicago Bears play!

We went to the top of the Hancock building! Im so afraid of heights but I'm glad I went! It is 94 floors high and 1 minute elevator ride! It was such a cool view from the top!

Hudson loved looking over the edge! There were so many buildings!!

Another good place we went to was Portillo's hot dogs! They were yummy! We ate so much good food on this trip!

On Saturday we went to Wisconsin to see the Milwaukee Brewers play baseball! We made a day of it and went on a boat tour across Lake Michigan! It was pretty! I can't believe how big Lake Michigan really is!

The water was such a pretty blue color!

These bridges open up when boats get close to let them under. 

While we were in Wisconsin we tried to find a cheese factory to tour. This was the only one we could find that wasn't too far from downtown. 

It was so fun to see the Brewer's play! The stadium was so cool! Jeff loved it! Hudson did such a good job at the game! I was so surprised because it had been such a long day! 

Jeff and his family went on an Architectural boat tour through all the buildings in downtown Chicago. 

While they were on the boat tour Hudson and I went to the Children's Museum on Navy pier and rode on Thomas the Train. Hudson kept seeing this train go by and wanted to get on so I bought him a ticket and he freaked out! He cried for the first 2 laps and then he as fine after that. Silly boy! 

We stopped off at Lego land on the way to drop off Hilary and Austin at the airport. It was really cool! It was fun to see all the life size things they had built out of Lego's!

Hudson had fun playing with all the Lego's!

We went to Sweet Maple Cafe for Breakfast one day and it was so good! It was a long wait but now we know why! The food is great! They made some special pancakes for Hudson! He loved them! It was such a cute little restaurant in Chicago!

On our last day we went to the field museum! This was another pretty building!

They had lots of cool things to see inside!

The Bean was so so cool to see! I loved it!

It is so cool how everything just reflects off of it! I am so glad we stopped to take some picture's!

We had such a fun time in Chicago! I am definitely a City Girl so I was in Heaven with all the shopping and just being Downtown! I loved it! Hudson was perfect the whole trip! It was so fun to have some of Jeff's family with us! We all had such a fun time together!
